Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you with your full sales receipt and any guarantee information (if applicable). This will be followed by an email from the courier providing you with your delivery information.

If, after this time, you have still to take receipt of your order please email us providing your order number, name, address, brief details of what you ordered and any shipment number you may have. We strive to answer all queries within one working day (a working day is Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays), although at busy times we do ask that you bear with us. Please submit your query only once, as repeated emails only serve to slow down our response time and can result in further delays to your order.
