Our consumer rights policy

Richer Sounds has worked with The UK's Consumer Champion, Which? to develop this booklet, which hopefully helps to demystify your rights as a consumer.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies to all transactions and sets out your rights if things go wrong. These rights always apply and are in addition to any extended guarantee that you may also have from the retailer or manufacturer.

The Consumer Rights Act says goods must not be faulty, they must match the description, be fit for purpose, durable and of satisfactory quality.

You are also protected by the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, which deals with drip pricing, false reviews and other unfair business practises.

Read more about your rights as a consumer, as well as information on our 6 year guarantee, here.
