All items are guaranteed for domestic use on domestic premises. Details of the manufacturer guarantee will be included in the contents of the box or on the manufacturer website. If your product is eligible for a 6 Year Extension Guarantee, a certificate will have been handed to you at the point of sale or emailed to you if we have your details. Any additional 6 Year Guarantee information is detailed on your receipt. You may need to register with the manufacturer to activate your guarantee. More information on this is included in the box of your purchase, or on your receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee against misuse (e.g. spillages, blown speakers, etc), commercial use, loss of data stored on any form of writable/rewritable media/hard drive devices, dead pixels of an amount not covered by the manufacturer’s specifications or normal wear and tear. Please note that if repairs are done other than by ourselves or authorised agents our guarantee can’t apply. This guarantee is naturally in addition to your statutory rights.
Our VIP Club members enjoy a 6 Year TV & Projector Guarantee that is included on a wide range of products. This includes a free pick-up service for all TVs 40 inches or over. You may need to register with the manufacturer for the first 5 years of your guarantee – more information on this is included in the box of your purchase. Richer Sounds will then supply a certificate for the 6th year of your guarantee. You can join our free VIP Club in stores or online in seconds.
If you purchase a product that only has a manufacturer guarantee included, many of our products can have an optional extended guarantee added. It offers terrific value for money at just £9.99 on all items under £100, or 10% of purchase price on items over £100. What’s more, if you don’t use the extended guarantee in the 6-year period, we’ll refund the cost of it. You really can’t say fairer than that! Plus, if we can’t fix a fault, we will give you a suitable replacement (subject to our Ts&Cs and stock availability).
You can add on our 6 Year Guarantee at any point during the manufacturer’s guarantee period to most of our products, excluding TVs and projectors, for which a wide range come with our free 6-year guarantee. Manufacturer Guarantee Terms
If at any stage during the life of your headphones you need to claim under this warranty please contact us. There is a £10 administration fee to process an exchange under the lifetime warranty — the £10 fee is only payable if you make a claim after the first 12 months.
If the original model is no longer available, a replacement of equal specification will be provided. In the unlikely event that Koss ceases to operate or we no longer stock Koss products, we will do everything we reasonably can to support any outstanding claims.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
