If you have purchased a 6 Year Guarantee (or purchased an eligible product that has a Richer Sounds 6 Year Guarantee included) then you do not need to do anything to register for your 6 Year Guarantee. Your 6 Year Guarantee will automatically be activated at the point of purchase and we will email you your 6 Year Guarantee as an attachment as part of your sales receipt, or give you a paper copy in-store. If you have not received a copy of your 6 Year Guarantee, please contact the store or department you purchased from and we will happily re-send you a copy.
Certain manufacturers offer free extended guarantees with their products by registration and therefore you must claim your free extended guarantee directly with the manufacturer.
