You should receive a certificate with your 6 Year Guarantee at the point of purchase in-store or by email within 28 days. If you have not received this after 28 days, please contact your local branch or our Telesales team who will be able to reissue your certificate.
If we have sent you your receipt and 6 Year Guarantee documents via email, your guarantee will be on the final page of the attached PDF document.
