Standard delivery

  • You will receive your standard delivery within 3-5 working days (barring unforeseen circumstances) from when you placed your order. (A working day is Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays). We will send a delivery tracking email or text to you the evening before your delivery. (Exclusions and longer delivery times may apply to a small number of postcodes – find out more here.)
  • Monday - Friday delivery.
Orders totalling up to £50 (smaller than a shoebox) excluding speaker cables
  • Costing just £2.99
  • Delivered via DPD between 08.30 - 18:00 within 3-5 working days.
  • Orders dispatched within 2 working days.
  • Tracking information sent via text and email (if provided) to confirm your delivery day.

    For some DPD deliveries you won’t be asked to sign for your parcel, the driver will instead take a photo of it in your open doorway as proof it has been delivered. Certain higher-value items will require you to be present and provide a signature or PIN. Please have that information on hand to help your delivery go smoothly.

    If you have previously received a delivery from DPD, you may have selected certain delivery preferences, including ‘deliver to a safe place’, which are saved to your account. Please note that these preferences will still apply, even if you no longer have the DPD app, unless you have specifically removed the preferences. Please check details before your delivery, by either updating the app, or downloading it again.

    Members of our delivery team may wear body cams that record audio and video while your delivery is taking place. This is for your protection and theirs, but if you don't want to be recorded, please let them know and they will turn their cameras off. Should you wish to see any of the camera footage from your delivery, please email us at DP@richersounds.com

  • Delivery is FREE.
  • Delivered via DPD between 08:00 - 18:00 within 3-5 working days.
  • Orders dispatched within 2 working days.
  • Tracking information sent via text and email (if provided). DPD will also confirm a 1 hour delivery time-slot by 11:00 on the day of delivery.

1 man delivery (TVs and high value items up to 1.19 metres in length)
  • Delivery is FREE.
  • Delivered via BJS home distribution between 07:00 - 21:00.
  • Delivered within 3-5 working days.
  • Orders dispatched within 2 working days.
  • Once dispatched BJS will contact you to offer a delivery day via email and text (if provided), to confirm you are happy with the delivery day you must either reply YES to the text or confirm by following the link provided on the email.
  • The night before delivery BJS will confirm a 3 hour delivery time-slot and on the day of delivery they will call to confirm they are on their way to you; this usually occurs 45 - 60 minutes before their arrival.
  • Once a free delivery has been confirmed, if it is then cancelled or no one is there to take the delivery, rebooking the delivery for another day may incur a charge.

    The delivery crew are only permitted to deliver the product over the threshold and into a desired room of choice, for TV sizes 43" and below, these will be delivered into a hallway, they are not able to leave products either on the doorstep, with a neighbour, in an outbuilding or safe place. If you are concerned about this for any reason, please contact our customer service team to discuss what can be done to help on 0333 900 0094 between the hours of 10:00 - 17:00 Monday to Saturday.

2 man delivery (TVs and high value items 1.2 metres in length and over)
  • Delivery is FREE.
  • Delivered by BJS or our very own in-house Richer Sounds delivery team.
  • Delivered within 3-5 working days.
  • Orders dispatched within 2 working days.
  • Orders being delivered by BJS; once dispatched, the courier will contact you to offer a delivery day via email and text (if provided), to confirm you are happy with the delivery day you must either reply YES to the text or confirm by following the link provided on the email.
