Orders totalling over £50, costing under £100 (smaller than a shoebox) excluding speaker cables
- Delivery is FREE.
- Delivered via Yodel between 08.30 - 18:00 within 3-5 working days.
- Orders dispatched within 2 working days.
- Tracking information sent via text and email (if provided) to confirm your delivery day.
All hi-fi, home cinema, accessories over £100 (including speaker cable) and TVs up to 32”
- Delivery is FREE.
- Delivered via Yodel or DPD between 08:00 - 18:00 within 3-5 working days.
- Orders dispatched within 2 working days.
- Tracking information sent via text and email (if provided). DPD will also confirm a 1 hour delivery time-slot by 11:00 on the day of delivery.
1 man delivery (TVs and high value items up to 1.19 metres in length)
- Delivery is FREE.
- Delivered via BJS home distribution between 07:00 - 21:00.
- Delivered within 3-5 working days.
- Orders dispatched within 2 working days.
- Once dispatched BJS will contact you to offer a delivery day via email and text (if provided), to confirm you are happy with the delivery day you must either reply YES to the text or confirm by following the link provided on the email.
- The night before delivery BJS will confirm a 3 hour delivery time-slot and on the day of delivery they will call to confirm they are on their way to you; this usually occurs 45 - 60 minutes before their arrival.

Click & Collect next working day from your local store
Our ‘Click and Collect’ service is available on all products available to add to basket on our website, simply select the option to click and collect your order when choosing your preferred delivery option, you will then be asked to confirm which store you would like the item(s) delivered to.
- FREE collection 7 days a week from 50 stores nationwide
- Order by 17:30 and collect your items the next working day*
- Order after 17:30 and collect from two working days*
- Order by 17:30 Thursday and you can collect your purchase Saturday or Sunday, if preferred
- When your items arrive at our store, the store colleague will call you on the phone number provided or e-mail you directly to book a collection time that's convenient for you.

If you would like to collect your item(s) sooner or the item you are looking to purchase is one of our in store only deals, you can call your local store to check live stock information and if your chosen item is available you can reserve for up 72 hours. When you arrive in-store simply pay for your item(s) and take them away or if you have the time feel free to have a brew, a chat with one of our in store colleagues or a play in one of our in store Experience rooms.
