I can't see my order history in my online account

Once you log in to your online account, you can click on My Account to view your order history (found at the bottom of the page).

Please note, you are only able to view details of orders placed online since the date you created your account. Unfortunately, your online order history will not show transactions that you've made online using a different or guest account, or purchases made over the phone or in-store.

Our system is unable to merge accounts, so we cannot bring previous sales into your main online account. 

However, should you require copies of receipts for purchases made online or over the phone, then you can contact your local store or our Telesales Team who will be happy to email you any copies that you require.
